When you have clients and customers come to your office from all over the area, it really really helps to be easy to fine. You don’t want to hear “I don’t know wherer that is” or “It’s too far for me to drive”. Those objections are really hard to overcome.

When you have customers and clients all over the area, it really helps you to be in a central location. In this case, Central in Las Vegas is about 30 minutes from most of Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, and Henderson; about 5 minutes or so from the freesays, McCarran Airport, UNLV, and the Strip. Hard as it may be to believe, but such a location DOES exist–and we have it! Our location is on East Tropicana, less than two blocks from Maryland. It is about 1,000 sf of mostly open space, with an ADA-compliant bathroom, C2 zoning, plenty of parking, easily visible from the street, and offers FREE RENT.
